The hotel is super new and clean, which I loved! It's located right by Te Kouto Park, giving you a lovely tree view and a nice area for walks. The staff were super cute and friendly, and I really appreciated the comfy bed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the selection of gourmet tea was a good touch!
I found the location a bit limiting. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, so if you didn’t have a car, dining options were pretty much just their restaurant or local takeaways. I could hear footsteps in the hallway, which was a bit annoying. it was a decent stay, but not without its downsides.

Great location with friendly staff, and the restaurant serves delicious breakfast using local ingredients. Rooms are tidy and cozy, though the twin beds felt a bit small for my liking. It's a comfortable spot close to shops and eateries, perfect for exploring the area.

The lake view and new-fashioned and airy room. Reasonably spacious bathroom, and central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave oven. Location not far from town centre, the park, and supermarkets...

The location in a very nice area was particularly good and there were a large supermarket and a supermarket nearby. The unit we got was reasonably large and airy with nice touches, things like a book, a very comfortable bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Hidden Lake. The location was perfect, right by a small lake which was great for morning walks. I appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who upgraded my room without extra charges. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a comfortable king bed and air conditioning. The nearby restaurants and the nice design of the hotel added to the overall pleasant experience.

I had such a great stay! The room was really comfy with a nice view of the lake, which made for perfect morning coffee vibes. The location is super convenient, with lots of eateries and a supermarket just a short walk away. Plus, the friendly staff really made us feel at home, and the on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast. I just loved the peaceful atmosphere around the area too!
Honestly, I can’t say there was much to complain about. The only downside was a slight shortage of coffee in the room. A little more would have been nice, but it didn’t really affect my overall experience. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and spacious, and I totally loved the comfy bed. The location couldn't be better-just a quick walk into town, and there are some great eateries and bars right by. Plus, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, which was such a nice touch!
The only downside was that I could hear a bit of noise from guests in the hall, but it wasn't a huge deal for me. our balcony was more like a ledge, which was a little underwhelming. But honestly, those minor quirks didn’t take away from my fantastic experience!

I really got great value for my money with a spacious room and super comfy bed.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a buffet option to avoid long waits.
